2.41ct Rhodolite Garnet

A beautiful, deep red rhodolite garnet with great clarity.  You'll notice that frames 0:01 and 0:02 seconds of the accompanying video show an inclusion under magnification to the underside of the top edge of the gemstone.  I have scrutinised this gemstone carefully and am able to see this inclusion with a 10 x magnification jeweller's loupe, but it is not visible to the scrutiny of the naked eye.

Garnet represents January birthstone, a 2nd Anniversary and, more specifically, a rhodolite garnet celebrates a 15th Anniversary.
